The ASD GE.SPORT LIGNANO club will hold and organize the 5th edition of the City of Lignano Meeting, an international swimming event that will be held in the Olympic swimming pool in Lignano Sabbiadoro, inside the EFA-Getur resort.

The event is open to all athletes who are members of a Swimming Federation acknowledged by L.E.N. and F.I.N.A.

Entries form clubs will be accepted, as well as from city, provincial, regional/national teams.

Each athlete can be entered for only one team and cannot give points to more than one team in the standings.

LOCATION

m50x21 indoor pool.  A m25 swimming pool will be available throughout the event for warm-up and cooling-down.

Electroning timing will be provided by the Italian Timekeepers Federation.

CATEGORIES

Esordienti A (M 2000-1999, F 2001-2000)

Esordienti B (M 1998-1997, 1999-1998)

Ragazzi (M 1996-95-94, F 1997-96)

Juniores (M 1993-92, F 1995-94)

Cadetti (M 1991-1990, F 1993-1992)

Seniores (M 1989 and older, F 1991 and older)

Athletes younger than the above indicated ages will not be allowed to participate.

SERIES

Athletes will be carried out in series according to their entry times (the 8 best entry times will be in the last heat).

Only one valid start will be allowed.

Each athlete can be entered in no more than 4 races during the event.

AWARDS

The first 3 athletes in each race and category will receive a medal and sport material from the technical sponsor.

The coaches of the first 3 teams will be given a sport kit and the following prize money:

-          1st team coach: € 500,00

-          2nd team coach: €250,00

-          3rd team coach: €150,00

For the first three winning compagnies: Free subsciption to the 6° Meeting up to a maximum of 20 athletes

PROGRAM

The races and the starting times are as follows (the pool will be available for warm-up 60 minutes before the meeting start and will be all day long):

The categories will race separately (first “Esordienti” then “Ragazzi”, then “Juniores”, then “Assoluti”) from each other and for the races of their own competence. “Mixed” categories might eventually be necessary to allow the program to run smoother.

STANDINGS

The team standings are based on 9 points for the 1st place finish, 7 points for the 2nd place, 6 for the 3rd and so on until 1 point for the 8th place in each race.

In case of a tie, the team with the most 1st place finishes will be the winner; if there is a tie in this case, the team with the most 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishes will be the winner.  If a tie persists, the team with the most number of athletes in the top eight in all races will be the winner.

L’ASD GE.SPORT LIGNANO organizza la quinta edizione del Meeting internazionale di nuoto “Città di Lignano”.

La manifestazione si svolgerà presso la Piscina olimpica del Villaggio EFA-Getur di Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Il meeting è aperto a tutti gli atleti tesserati per la F.I.N. o altra Federazione nazionale riconosciuta dalla L.E.N. e dalla F.I.N.A.

Potranno partecipare sia club sia rappresentative locali o nazionali.

Ogni atleta potrà gareggiare e conquistare punti per un solo team.

CAMPO GARA

Vasca m50x21 coperta.  Durante la manifestazione sarà disponibile una vasca m25x12 per il riscaldamento.

Giuria e cronometraggio automatico a cura, rispettivamente, del GUG FIN e della FICr Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Esordienti B (maschi 2000-1999, femmine 2001-2000)

Esordienti A (maschi 1998-1997, femmine 1999 - 1998)

Ragazzi (maschi 1996-95-94, femmine 1997-96)

Juniores (maschi 1993-92, femmine 1995-94)

Cadetti (maschi 1991-1990, femmine 1993-1992)

Seniores (maschi 1989 e precedenti, femmine 1991 e precedenti)

Non saranno ammessi atleti di età inferiore a quelle indicate.

SERIE

Gli atleti saranno suddivisi in serie da 8 in base ai tempi di iscrizione (gli 8 migliori tempi gareggeranno nella serie migliore (1^ serie).

È prevista una sola partenza valida.

Ogni atleta potrà partecipare nel corso della manifestazione ad un massimo di 4 gare tra quelle prescritte per la propria rispettiva categoria.

PREMI

I primi 3 classificati per ciascuna gara e categoria saranno premiati con una medaglia e del materiale tecnico messo a disposizione dallo sponsor.

Gli allenatori dei primi 3 team classificati riceveranno del materiale tecnico e i seguenti premi in denaro:

-          Allenatore della squadra prima classificata: €500,00

-          Allenatore della squadra seconda classificata: €250,00

-          Allenatore della squadra terza classificata: €150,00

Per le prime tre società vincitrici: Iscrizione Gratuita al 6° Meeting fino ad un massimo di 20 atleti.

PROGRAMMA GARE

Il programma è il seguente (la vasca per il riscaldamento sarà disponibile 60 minuti prima dell’inizio del turno di gare mattutino e lo resterà ininterrottamente per l’intera giornata):

Gli atleti gareggeranno divisi per categorie (nell’ordine: Esordienti - Ragazzi - Juniores – Cadetti - Seniores) e per le gare di propria competenza.

L’organizzazione si riserva di prevedere serie con l’accorpamento di categorie diverse per consentire, se necessario, un più rapido svolgimento dei turni di gara.

PUNTEGGI

Saranno assegnati, in ciascuna per ciascuna categoria, 9 punti al primo classificato, 7 al secondo, 6 al terzo e così via fino ad 1 punto per l’ottavo classificato.

In caso di parità sarà vincitrice la squadra con il maggior numero di gare vinte e, in caso di ulteriore parità, sarà vincitrice la squadra con il maggior  numero di medaglie conquistate.  In caso di ulteriore parità, sarà vincitrice la squadra con il maggior numero di atleti fra i primi 8 classificati.

ISCRIZIONI

Ogni squadra può iscrivere un massimo di 40 atleti (per un totale massimo di 160 presenze/gara).  Squadre più numerose potranno suddividere la propria rappresentativa in “squadra A, B, C”, ecc.

Non sono previsti tempi limite.

Iscrizioni incomplete, errate, o effettuate in modi diversi, non saranno prese in considerazione.

Il termine per le iscrizioni è fissato al 20 aprile 2010.

L’organizzazione si riserva di sospendere anticipatamente le iscrizioni in caso del raggiungimento del numero massimo di iscritti.
